Ronald I. Shorr, MD, MS has directed the GRECC at the Malcom Randall VAMC since 2007 and has long standing interest in patient safety and healthcare quality.

Norma (Nicole) Prieto, MSPT co-founded the multidisciplinary Gait and Balance Clinic at the Malcom Randall VAMC in 1998. She has pioneered the use of telehealth for vestibular and balance rehabilitation in the Veterans Health Administration.
