After reviewing the presentation, learners will be able to:
1. Explain the predisposing or precipitating RISK FACTORS for DEMENTIA and DELIRIUM
in older patients; 2. Identify the types and prevalence of MEDICAL CO-MORBIDITY associated with
mental health problems, and; 3. Review and Explain the impacts of Co-Morbid conditions on QUALITY OF LIFE in older persons.
